Our surgery was purpose-built in 2020 and is fully DDA compliant.  Our surgery is fully accessible to patients using a wheelchair and with vision impairement.

Regrettably, we do not have patient parking however we are close to public transport links. The nearest public car park to the surgery is on St Austin Street & Barker Street (Short Stay) or Frankwell or Raven Meadows (Long Stay). The main town bus station is only a few minutes' walk from the surgery. 

We have facilities available for:

• Breast feeding 
• Nappy changing 
• Braile signage throughout 
• Wheelchair accessible throughout the building 
• A room to discuss matters in private on request 
• Comfortable waiting areas on all 3 floors  
• Electronic patient information boards 
• Intercom for out of hours access
