Riverside Medical Practice is a Shrewsbury town centre based practice offering family health services to any person living within the practice area.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues.

This website allows you to do a lot of things from the comfort of your home, such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

The surgery is open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm by
appointment only. We are closed on Sunday and Saturday.

Our appointment line (option 1) is closed every weekday
between 12:00pm – 14:00pm.

General enquiries line (option 2) is available from 08:00am –
18:00pm every weekday day.

APPOINTMENTS

Our surgery was purpose-built in 2020 and is fully DDA compliant with breastfeeding and changing facilities for parents.

Regrettably, we do not have patient parking however we are close to public transport links.

The nearest public car park to the surgery are at on St Austin Street & Barker Street (Short Stay) or Frankwell or Raven Meadows (Long Stay).

The main town bus station is only a few minutes’ walk from the surgery.
